The theme for this years Nati Award competition is:Nati Putaiao / Nati Science.

The brief:

This year's theme invites you to explore the scientific world of Ngati Porou/East Coast.

Nati's descend from a historic lineage of scientific minds. Our tipuna included expert navigators, horticulturalists, biochemists, marine biologists, geologists and medicinal doctors. Our Nati environment is surrounded by and affected by science soil erosion, climate change, foreshore & sea bed, forestry, fisheries, oil and gas exploration etc. Use your creative and innovative digital skills to create projects about this fascinating kaupapa Nati Putaiao / Nati Science.
