ICT Expo

The ICT Expo features an exhibition site from each school showcasing their ICT achievements, These may include digital photos, music videos, short films, websites and animations created by the students. Tertiary providers have also been invited to exhibit at the expo, to demonstrate the range of training opportunities in the ICT sector.

RULES FOR ICT EXPO

  • Create an ICT exhibition to display your schools ICT projects to the community.
  • Showcase your schools ICT projects: Powerpoints, films, photos, display boards, school banners
  • Please bring all the power leads, multi- plugs, monitors, screens, etc necessary for your ICT expo display.
  • The venue is Ngata Memorial College.
  • Schools MUST set up their ICT displays either the day before the expo or prior to the powhiri on the morning of the expo.
  • Once all registrations are received schools will be notified where they will be located on the floor plan.
  • A Supreme Award will be presented to the Best Expo Site, as well as $500. (As a Supreme Award it does not go towards overall aggregate prize)

A panel of mystery judges will select the Best Expo Site using 3 main criteria.
